It’s one full year of access that begins the day your recipient claims it. There’s no rush — the gift simply waits until they’re ready to set it up.
Never. A gift is a single, one-time payment — it doesn’t renew, and we don’t store a card for your recipient. When the year ends, it’s entirely their choice whether to continue on their own. No one is ever charged automatically.
No. They’ll get an email with a private link to claim the gift and set up their own account whenever they’re ready — completely private to them.
The full year begins when your recipient claims the gift, not when you buy it — so a late claim is never wasted.
Gifts are a final sale — we don’t offer refunds, including on gifts that go unclaimed. If you sent it to the wrong email, reach out before it’s claimed and we’ll help redirect it to the right person.
